THATS IT!!!! I'M MOVING!!!!!

arg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so as most of you know... my heater is ganked....

as previously said, the ac folks came over
in the summer and disconnected some shit
in the furnace in order to fix the ac and
they wouldn't put the shit back because of
the carbon monoxide threat....

ok... big deal.... get a new furnace....

fast forward to today...
heater guy comes out, looks at the shit...
agrees that i need a new furnace... but then
says that he can't replace the fucking
furnace because its beneath my stairs and
its fucking illegal to have a furnace/hot
water heater beneath stairs....

he even went as far as to say that anyone
that puts a new furnace in there could be
in serious trouble and he requested that i
monitor anyone that comes in to fix it and
to let him know (he gave me his cell number).

this GREATLY concerns me....

i can't tell you how much bullshit i've
had to deal with. in the words of cya,
'move'... well yeah, ok... just as soon
as i put down this watermelon.... =|

now this shit today is the final straw...
i'm fed up... i know tom may move the fucking
furnace/hot water heater... but i know tom
and his half-assed 'fix it' jobs and it
will just be a bigger mess than i care to
deal with.

asap........ i'm out of here....

hopefully in the next few months, god willing
(hopefully by january)

speaking of moving. I wanna move. Rich and I are in this little tight cramped house and ofcourse our asshole of a landlord doesn't allow pets. Not even fish or a bird.
Our house is very small. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and it's 350. a month.
We both agreed we want a house with more space for organization, a house where we can have a dog, a big yard. I need more space.
We have been looking at houses and house lists, but what's the use in buying...he is in the military, not like we are gonna be anywhere long enough to buy for good yet anyway. But we are checking into renting a bigger house.
